We both love the outdoors and sunlight. Running is our favorite form of exercise, but not everyone loves it and that is ok! We also go through highs and lows and need time away from distance and racing. Our goal is to help you find good cross training ideas to tone up and slim down.
Jenn teaches yoga and spin classes. She is currently up for completing her certification for Barre. Once a week, Jenn enjoys swimming.

Sean enjoys lifting to help him run stronger. He also loves coaching 8th grade basketball and playing recreational basketball with friends and the community.
